1. Information about the data administrator
BALTIMA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością it is the administrator of the personal data of the Client. Revealing personal data is required to construe and enter into the contract.
2. Targets and legal basis for data processing
Clients personal information shall be processed:
a) In order to perform the Contract o rany required pre-contractual activities: (legal basis: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b GDPR directive (UE) 2016/679 from 27.04.2016 hereinafter referred as GDPR);
b) In order to fulfill legal obligations of BALTIMA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in relations to the Contract, especially tax and bookkeeping requirements. (legal basis: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c GDPR);
c) In order to state, follow or defend any claims between the Client and BALTIMA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (legal basis: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. F GDPR);
d) For direct marketing of BALTIMA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością products and/or services in the duration of the Contract (legal basis: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. F GDPR);
e) Customer satisfaction research regarding products and/or services provided by BALTIMA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (legal basis: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. F GDPR);
f) After a consent from the Client, the data might be processed in specifiicaly stated reasons i.e. commercial offer receipt or phone contact by BALTIMA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością on the basis of art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a GDPR. Statement of consent is in such cases required to enter and execute the contract.
3. Receivers of data.
BALTIMA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością may reveal some of the Client data to the entities that render to BALTIMA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością legal services, accounting services, hr services, logistical services.. BALTIMA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością
in relation to the executed contract may transfer some of the personal dato to the Distribution system Operator. BALTIMA spółka
z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością may also transfer the processing of the Clients data to:
· Suppliers of services and/or products acting for BALTIMA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością,
especially suppliers of IT, legal, accounting, servicing, sales-related, agency, postal, courier, printing and partnership services to BALTIMA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością,
On the basis of data protection contracts entered by BALTIMA spółka
z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with such entities, they are required to proces data with due diligence, on the basis of the law, high level of privacy security and data protection.
4. Period of storage
Clients personal data shall be stored in the period required to execute a contract and then shall be stored for the time required for statutory reasons for tax or criminal reasons.
During the contract, the data shall be processed in relation to direct marketing of services and products of BALTIMA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, and shall be stored until the Client states a denial in regard to processing of his data.
5. Clients rights
The Client has the right to:
a) Access his data -art. 15 GDPR,
b) Correct the data – art. 16 GDPR,
c) Delete the data –art. 17 GDPR,
d) Limit the prcessing of the data – art. 18 GDPR,
e) Move the data –art. 20 GDPR.
6. In case Baltima processes the data on the basis of the consent (i.e. the consent for data processing due to marketing reasons) – the Client has the right to withdraw his consent a tany time. Withdrawal has no effect on the legality of the previous processes made on the basis of the consent.
7. Execution of abovementioned rights may be performer by stating Clients requests to the Data Protection Inspector e-mail: office@baltima.com.pl.
8. The Client may file a complaint to Polish Data Protection Officer(Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) in case he suspects that , BALTIMA spółka
z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością processess his data in violation of GDPR.
